San Antonio, WOW.

Never before have I seen the Lord work in such beautiful and amazing ways. When we first met the kids, I already sensed that there was a certain unity among all of them. They loved each other passionately and were just like a big family. This really made me feel at home, because I had come from a small Christian high school and we were all like family there as well. This weekend we talked about stepping out of our comfort zones for Christ and putting on the armor of God. The kids were so eager to learn and eager to surrender to the Lord, which was so encouraging to me.
Saturday night worship was unlike anything that I have ever experienced in my life. The spirit of the Lord was there. Our prayers were answered and God did not relent until he had all of us! The Lord rose up such awesome leaders in this school which were revealed on Sunday morning whenever the kids went up and shared about the weekend. It was so evident that the Lord broke chains and freed people from bondage that they felt there was no escape from. God broke all of our hearts and left us with a fire to live for him full on with all of our strength! My prayer for this school is that the fire would never go out and that the flame would spread so rapidly throughout the school that it would be noticeable to those on the outside. Lord, MOVE.
